    Quick and simple to install, the 3 x3m Log Cabin Base Kit is ideal for avoiding the hassle of laying slabs or concrete when preparing a base for a new log cabin. Its interlocking design makes it easy to put together and, though lightweight, it provides a very strong and durable base for the garden cabin.

    Made from 100% recycled plastic, this log cabin base is eco-friendly. Also, it can be reused if the cabin is repositioned. The base allows for ventilation and drainage under the log cabin, helping to keep the floor dry.

    To install the base, simply interlock the square grids together and lay onto a firm, level area of ground. We recommend using 15kg of 10m pea gravel per square (gravel not included).

    Each square is 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack contains 36 squares and heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane.

Walls, Floor and Roof

This corner summer house is built from 28mm tongue and groove cladding for an extremely robust and durable structure. The floor and roof are both constructed from premium 16mm tongue and groove. The former is supported by treated foundation joists for extra protection from ground moisture, while the latter includes a generous overhang to reduce sun glare.

Please note that the roof does not include a cover, so please select Charcoal Felt Shingles from the accessory options.

(Weatherproof Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are attractive, easy to fit and will last for years.)

Doors and Windows

The glazed double doors are fitted with a mortice lock to keep your valuable items safe. Together with the 2 additional large, Georgian-style windows, they ensure the interior benefits from an abundance of natural light. When summer arrives, you can open up the double doors for a beautifully light and airy feel.

Assembly and Treatment

This garden summer house is delivered untreated and with a 5-year guarantee. You should apply an anti-fungal treatment upon assembly and annually thereafter. Alternatively, you can paint the log cabin instead for a more individual look.

Your delivery will be made between 8am and 6pm on your pre arranged delivery date; the delivery team will contact you to book via phone.

Our service is a Kerb side pallet drop delivery by a crane off-load vehicle. Unfortunately we will not be able to unpack your log cabin and take your goods to the back of the property. We typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive.

Log cabins are delivered in two packages, flat packed, direct to your home and supplied with a comprehensive set of instructions to help you get started.
